I have looked at the web site and the photogtraphs of the station in the model of it, they are just incredible this is the most stunning model railway layout I have ever seen in my life, and deserves the highest congratulations. Dulverton is my favourite station and when living in the south in Horsham loved coming to visit it sadly after it closed Would love to hear more about those who worked there, or used to travel from Dulverton. I bumped into a lady in Horsham many years ago now, and she was sliming I asked her why and she she had just bought Dulverton station, she had just left the solitictor office in Horsham in fact. I long to visit the model exhibition one day when I down south again. With gratitude Michael Robinson

Well, after posting a critical review earlier regarding the Heritage Centre not being open, we made it to you this summer, holidaying in North Devon as opposed to Brittany. So, full marks. Excellent. The Heritage Centre is well worth visiting, the model railway and the Lorna Doone exhibitions being really outstanding. You deserve to be better known than you are.

I have to agree with the other reviewer. There is absolutely no point extolling what is on offer if the Heritage Centre is closed more often than it is open. According to the Exmoor Visitor Information, the Heritage Centre is open on an even more limited timeframe than the website implies - which may or may not be the case. Whilst appreciating it is staffed by volunteers come on, try and make some effort. Given what has happened over the last couple of years, surely you could have marked a return to normality and opened up during this half term week. It seems that many similar attractions have rather given up the ghost. We will be down here in the West Country at the end of October, but before you close for the winter. Hopefully, we will then find you open.

Website says opening extended to 11th December. Looking forward to seeing exhibition and railway after trip to Dulverton. Disappointed to find everything shut on Tuesday 7th "until next year" according to paper signage.
